josh and i went hiking yesterday and boyo was i happy. if you don't know me hiking is a BIG part of who i am and what i love to do. my hobbies include, photography, biking, and HIKING. [i think you can tell which is my favorite.] and while i am still inspired by so much, with out hiking i wouldn't have such great inspiration for taking my photography at all.these are a few of my photos from the day.
well, i am back after not posting anything in probably well over a month. i have a problem with blogging sometimes. but, the main reason i have not posted is because i saw a bunch of people on my facebook start up photo blogs which made me think i had stared a fad or something, so i just felt... "over it". maybe they did and maybe they did not see my url and think, "hey what a magnificent idea!" (plausible) but, my wonderful sister, jessica who is probably the only person who views this blog (other than the random people who just hit "next blog" at the top of the screen to give them a random blog to view) picked me up from the dirt and made me realize that photos and photography are a big part of me, and i want to share myself with you.
anyways, i am officially on spring break! i finished my finals today at 5:00. i am very happy. i will be gracing florida with my presence in 9 days! now that is just smashing!
here is my daily photo! it seems fitting enough! sporting my GREEN st. patty's day apparel and all!
My name is fawn and I am 21 years old. One of my goals in life is to become a photographer. I take many, many photos and will share a lot of them on this blog. Being with nature is my main inspiration; which is why 95% of my photos are nature oriented. I don’t really like to take photos of people unless they’re my family or close friends. Mostly because I don’t feel like I can excel in portrait photography like I could with nature photography. In nature there is always something different and new. Portrait photos just seem monotonous. This is why I only spend the remaining 5% on portrait photos. If I don’t sign my name to the photos in either the bottom left or right corners then they’re not my photos. (You’ll be able to tell which aren’t mine. And I don’t plan to use other photographer’s photos alone because that isn’t my point of this blog at all.) Sometimes I use quotes that relate to the photos on my blog, other times I feel like writing about the photo or about my day, which will always relate back to the photo(s). Please do not take my photos and use them for anything or credit them as if they were yours. Thanks and enjoy!
